By downloading, installing, or using ReviewFlare ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

ReviewFlare is a mobile application that enables local businesses to collect customer reviews by sending automated SMS and email survey requests.

To use the app, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Send unsolicited communications to people without a genuine business relationship
• Manipulate or fabricate reviews
• Violate applicable law or regulation, including anti-spam laws
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent app security features

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact recipients of SMS and emails sent through the app.

SMS credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused monthly plan credits may roll over up to your subscription maximum.

ReviewFlare is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

Billing is processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms. We do not store payment card information.

All content, branding, and technology within ReviewFlare are the property of ReviewFlare and its licensors.

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewFlare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
