ReviewFlare ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

Account data: Name, email address, business name, and business logo provided during registration.

Customer data: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of your customers that you enter into the app. You are the data controller for this information.

Usage data: How you interact with the app, including jobs created, surveys sent, and reviews received. Used to improve the service.

Device data: Device type, operating system version, and crash reports collected for diagnostic purposes.

• To send survey emails and SMS on your behalf to your customers
• To authenticate your account and process your subscription
• To analyse usage patterns and fix bugs
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We share data only with Firebase (Google), Mailjet, Vonage, RevenueCat, and OpenAI for the services described in the app.

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

You are the data controller for the customer data you enter into ReviewFlare. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and contact your customers. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

You are also responsible for the content, timing, and recipients of communications sent through your account, including compliance with anti-spam and marketing rules.

ReviewFlare does not routinely monitor or pre-approve message content before delivery, but may investigate abuse reports and take enforcement action under our Terms.

Customer data is stored only as long as needed to deliver the survey and is not used for any other purpose.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Customer data entries you delete are removed immediately.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), Firebase security rules, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will respond to valid requests within 30 days.

The ReviewFlare app does not use cookies. Our public website may use minimal analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns. You can disable these via your browser settings.

ReviewFlare is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
