By downloading, installing, or using ReviewFlare ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

ReviewFlare helps businesses collect private feedback and send neutral public review invitations by email.

To use the app, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Send unsolicited communications to people without a genuine business relationship
• Manipulate or fabricate reviews
• Violate applicable law or regulation, including anti-spam laws
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent app security features

You must establish an applicable legal basis and any required permission before sending invitation emails, and respect objections and withdrawals.

You must obtain and document any consent, notice, or other lawful basis required under applicable privacy and marketing laws, including rules on unsolicited communications.

You must include legally required sender information and honor unsubscribe or opt-out requests where required by law.

ReviewFlare provides delivery tooling only and does not provide legal advice or guarantee legal compliance of your outreach.

Email invitation allowances and any purchased add-ons are described in the subscription you select.

ReviewFlare is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

Billing is processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms. We do not store payment card information.

All content, branding, and technology within ReviewFlare are the property of ReviewFlare and its licensors.

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewFlare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewFlare is not liable for claims, fines, penalties, or losses arising from your recipient lists, message content, targeting choices, or failure to obtain required permissions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewFlare from third-party claims arising out of your unlawful or non-compliant communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, legal complaints, abuse reports, or suspected unlawful messaging activity. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
